All three main stock market indexes in the US rose for a 4th session with S&P 500 and Nasdaq nearing another all-time high amid earnings results and signs the labour market is recovering. Initial jobless claims fell for the 3rd straight week to 779K, the lowest since the last week of November. Meanwhile, earnings from eBay, Paypal, Philip Morris; and Becton, Dickinson and Company beat forecast while Qualcomm revenues disappointed.
